CABLES, AC UNITS, LIGHTS

I came for the Split Film Festival, where we showed our 3-screen video installation TOURIST. In the hours between, I photographed what the city carried on its walls: cables crossing at improbable angles, air conditioners stacked in quiet repetition, a lamp here and there, the sober geometry of buildings from another era - layers people leave on a place over time.
What stayed with me was the rhythm: unplanned, matter-of-fact, a character entirely its own.
